MEET: GUIDO FILOSTO
CO-FOUNDER AND PARTNER AT PROMETHEUS WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Guido Filosto is the co-founder and investor relations officer here at Prometheus Wealth Management. From a young age Guido was duty-bound to his family’s wishes and signed up for Law studies at Luiss School of Law, however in 2021 he soon realized that his true passion was for the arts and music. During the transitional phase between his studies and his foray into the world of art, Guido underwent an apprenticeship with a professor of humanities and philosophy for the majority of 2021.
Thereafter towards year’s end Guido entered the world of contemporary and conceptual art, culminating in his transfer of residence from Rome to Paris in 2023. It was during this crucial period that Guido joined the ranks of renown Italian painter, Michele Ciacciofera, developing his skills as a painter and sculpture at Michele’s atelier. Simultaneous to honing his artistic skills, Guido was learning the ropes of the trade and how to conduct himself from a business perspective within the world of art.
After garnering this experience in the world of art and obtaining valuable insight into this sector and its clientele, Guido was approached by Edoardo Corsini to join the ranks of Corsini Real Estate as an investment advisor with a particular focus on Paris and France in general, respectively. Looking back on the successful sale of the iconic Hotel Veneto Palace on Via Piemonte, near the prestigious Via Veneto. This 70-room hotel, located in the heart of Rome, also boasts various common spaces, including coworking rooms, specialty coffee areas, and a gym with stunning panoramic views.
We are proud to have participated to the deal brokered by Corsini Real Estate as the sell-side advisor, through our CEO Edoardo Corsini. This deal sees the transfer of ownership from a distinguished Italian group to a renown Spanish family office with a strong presence in the sanitary sector.
The asset underwent renovation and is expertly managed by Room007, a Spanish hotel company, ensuring that this beautiful property continues to flourish.

Michael Ferkol’s journey is one of versatility and global impact. Originally from Chicago, Michael has spent over a decade living and working abroad, beginning with his service in the U.S. Army. After completing his military duty, he moved to Rome, where he earned a degree in Archaeology and the Classics from the American University of Rome.
Michael’s career trajectory took a sharp turn when he volunteered in Ukraine for medical and humanitarian missions, leading him to specialize in intelligence gathering, evacuations, and threat analysis in some of the world’s most challenging environments, including Syria, Israel, Gaza, the West Bank, and beyond.
Transitioning from the field to Wall Street, Michael rapidly ascended, founding multiple companies/initiatives across alternative asset classes, real estate, accelerator programs, FDI facilitation, and pre-IPO allocations. He also managed a New York City mayoral campaign, where he authored over 100 policies. Throughout his career, Michael has collaborated with high-profile individuals and organizations such as Debswana, the King of Morocco, the BBC, and numerous governments.
An avid traveler, Michael has explored 96 countries and has a passion for languages. Outside of work, he is deeply committed to philanthropy, contributing to causes like deaf children's education in Nepal, medical aid in Ukraine, humanitarian projects in Israel and Gaza, and various global relief efforts. He also holds two provisional patents in the fields of carbon capture as well as neurology.
At Prometheus Wealth Management, he brings a multifaceted skill set that is focused on achieving net positive outcomes for all stakeholders- currently spending time between Kosovo, Rome and London.
